Terms of Service

1. Some of our products are handcrafted. Therefore, it takes about 4 - 7 working days for you to receive them. We do not accept refunds on these handcrafted products.

2. At Fentigo La Ribelle we accept returns within the first 7 days.

3. We process orders within 5 working days. We are not responsible for any delays that can be caused by holidays or any custom issues.

4. Fentigo La Ribelle LIMITED does not cover any return shipping costs.

5. Once an order has been placed it is not possible to change the address, so please make sure you put the correct address when you place your order.

6. Pre-ordered products will be dispatched in 3 - 4 weeks after release day. We do not offer any returns or refunds on pre orders.
